1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.everythingispossible.store (the “Website”) and the purchase of our book (the “Product”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

The Website is operated by the above Seller as the contracting party.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase from the Website. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Products and Pricing

The Website sells a single printed book. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping fees are displayed separately at checkout.

Current standard shipping rates (indicative): Hungary €5.00, EU €15.80, USA/Canada €27.00, non-EU (other) €18.00. The final shipping fee shown at checkout prevails and may be updated from time to time.

5. Contract Formation & Order Steps

(a) Technical steps to conclude the contract: select the Product, review details on the confirmation page, and complete payment via Stripe Checkout.
(b) By clicking “Pay” in Stripe Checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email.
(c) Storage & access: We store the contract text (order data) as required by law. On request, we can provide a copy via email.
(d) Input errors: You can identify and correct input errors on the order and confirmation pages before payment (e.g., address fields).
(e) Languages: The contract is concluded in English (and, where applicable, Hungarian).

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Your order will be prepared for shipment only after successful payment authorization.

7. Coupons, Promotions & Pricing Errors

Coupons and promotions are valid only for the period and conditions stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless expressly permitted. In case of obvious pricing errors (e.g., a clearly incorrect price displayed due to a technical fault), we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders and refund any payments made.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

(a) Processing time: Orders are typically dispatched within 10 business days.
(b) Carriers: We ship using Hungarian Post and/or FedEx, depending on destination, service availability and cost. We may select the carrier at our discretion to deliver your order efficiently.
(c) Delivery: Transit times vary by destination and carrier. FedEx shipments generally include tracking by default. Postal shipments may not include tracking by default. If you would like to receive tracking information for your order, please request it by email at info@everythingispossible.store after your order has been dispatched.
(d) Phone number for USA/Canada: A complete phone number is required for deliveries to the USA and Canada (for customs and courier delivery). Please ensure you provide a reachable number in international format.
(e) Customs/Import: Duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
(f) Risk & title: Title remains with us until full payment is received. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address provided.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us by email within the period. You must return the Product without undue delay, in its original packaging, and you bear the direct cost of return, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if charged), within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Note: The right of withdrawal may not apply to personalized/signed copies (if offered), where the item is made to your specifications or clearly personalized under applicable law.

10. Defective or Damaged Items (Statutory Rights)

Your statutory rights under applicable consumer law (including conformity and legal warranty rules) apply. If the Product is defective or arrives damaged, contact us promptly. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as provided by law. These rights exist independently of, and in addition to, your 14-day withdrawal right.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or business opportunities). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, images, graphics, layout) is owned by Zoltan Kis or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. The book is protected by copyright; any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the Website’s operation, scraping content, submitting false orders, or using the Website for unlawful purposes.

14. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how we collect and use your information.

15. Dispute Resolution & ODR

We aim to resolve complaints amicably. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and relevant EU regulations. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence. Otherwise, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Hungary.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on the Website, indicated by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

18. Severability & Assignment

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms; you may not assign without our prior written consent.
