Shipping & Returns

1. Destinations
We ship worldwide, including within the European Union and to non-EU countries. If your destination is not available at checkout, contact us at info@everythingispossible.store.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 10 business days after successful payment authorization. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates & Methods
We ship using Hungarian Post and/or FedEx, depending on destination, service availability and cost. The carrier may be selected at our discretion to deliver your order efficiently.
Indicative standard shipping rates (subject to change; the final fee shown at checkout prevails):
- Hungary: €5.00
- European Union: €15.80
- USA/Canada: €27.00
- Non-EU (other): €18.00
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- European Union: approx. 3–10 business days
- Non-EU (worldwide): approx. 7–21 business days (may vary by destination and customs)
Estimated times are not guaranteed; delays can occur due to postal/courier services, customs, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Tracking
FedEx shipments generally include tracking by default. Postal shipments may not include tracking by default. If you would like to receive tracking information for your order, please request it by email at info@everythingispossible.store after your order has been dispatched.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Parcels returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses may incur re-shipping fees. We cannot reroute parcels once shipped.
USA/Canada phone number: a complete, reachable phone number in international format is required for deliveries to the USA and Canada (for customs and courier delivery). Orders to these destinations may be put on hold if no valid phone number is provided.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU)
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your customs office before ordering.
8. Risk of Loss & Title
Title to the goods passes to you once full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage passes upon delivery to the address provided.
9. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we will contact you. You may choose re-shipment (additional postage applies) or a refund of the product price; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
10. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email us within this period. You must return the Product without undue delay; you bear the direct return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
We will refund all payments received from you, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Note: The 14-day right may not apply to personalized or signed copies (if offered), as permitted by applicable law.
11. Returns (Non-EU Customers)
We accept returns from non-EU customers under similar conditions as above; however, transit times and costs may be higher. All return-related costs, including shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and handling charges, are the responsibility of the customer. If any such charges are incurred by us upon receipt of the returned item, they will be deducted from the refund amount.
12. Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. In this case, please contact us at info@everythingispossible.store.
13. How to Start a Return
- Email info@everythingispossible.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm the return address.
- Ship the item, keep your proof of postage and tracking.
- We process your refund/replacement after receipt and inspection.
